Q: Can you customized for me?

A: Yes, pouch and box package OEM all accepted.

Q: Can I get a sample before bulk order? How long can I expect to get the sample?

A: Yes. Sample lead time for 1-3 working days with in stock products.

Q: What is the purpose of a dressing pad?

A: The dressing pad provides comfort and protection from debris or foreign matter causing bacterial infection. The pad is attached to a cotton gauze bandage, which secures it to the wound and lightly compresses the injured area to immobilise and control bleeding.

Q: Is dressing the same as gauze?

A: Gauze, or cloth, dressings are made of woven cotton fabric in various sizes and shapes. Most common are gauze sponges and rolls of gauze. You can use gauze sponges and gauze rolls depending on the type, size, or location of the wound that needs to be dressed.

Q: Can I use a sanitary pad as a wound dressing?

A: Although this use is investigational and not approved by the FDA, current literature suggests that FHSP are a safe alternative to more expensive dressings in patients with chronic intertriginous wounds.

Q: What dressing draws out infection?

A: Dressings containing silver should be used only when clinical signs or symptoms of infection are present. Dressings containing other antimicrobials such as polihexanide (polyhexamethylene biguanide) or dialkylcarbamoyl chloride are available for use on infected wounds.

Q: What is the best dressing for a deep open wound?

A: Often made from polyurethane foam, foam dressings are often used for moderate to severe wounds. These dressings have a soft, cushioning effect and absorb a large amount of wound exudate, which helps reduce the risk of maceration.
